Meet Gaby
the most important thing i want a bride to feel when trying on a dress is themselves. i want them to feel physically comfortable in the dress, but also like it brings out the best of their personality.

question 1
what first drew you to bridal design?
my mom owned a custom dress shop, so i grew up in the industry! i started working at the shop after high school, helping with everything from cutting to cleaning before eventually starting to design. it was so fun to see a vision come to life! most of her designs were for prom, so we worked with a lot of beaded + coloured fabrics. when a bride came in one day wanting that style for her wedding, it was a lightbulb moment for me. i realised no one was doing anything outside the box in bridal, and that wedding dresses could be more fun + unique.
question 2
what consistently influences your designs?
i am constantly pulling inspiration from the world around me, no matter where i am! I travel a lot, so looking at what other people are wearing, and how they’re styling themselves, is a big part of staying inspired.
question 3
what’s a signature element people always recognize in your designs?
definitely fabrics! we love working with eye-catching materials whether in pattern or texture: unique jacquards, printed organzas, and anything that is striking without overwhelming the bride. right now, iris + cassie are extremely popular; iris has the most stunning large-format floral organza, and cassie’s jacquard has subtle embossing we refer to as ‘floral calligraphy jacquard’.
