Styled Shoot Loan Request
we love working with local wedding vendors to bring creative, editorial ideas to life. styled shoots are a chance to experiment, collaborate, and create something that feels a little different from the usual wedding inspiration, and we’re always excited to be part of it. whether you’re dreaming up a full editorial, building your portfolio, launching a new venue or product, or simply have an idea you can’t stop thinking about, we’d love to hear about it. sbb offers gowns + veils for select styled shoots and creative collaborations. and we don’t just hand you a dress and send you on your way. when our schedule allows, we’d love to join you on shoot day to help get your models dressed, clip gowns to fit, style accessories, and make sure everything is looking its best in front of the camera.

how it works
tell us what you’re dreaming up.
start by filling out our styled shoot loan request form. we’ll want to know a little about your concept, the vendors involved, your shoot date + location, the models you’re working with, and what you’re looking to borrow from strike. the more details, the better. mood boards, inspiration images, model measurements, and your creative vision are all welcome. if you already know your model’s measurements, send them our way. we can often narrow down gown options before you ever step into the shop.
let’s make a plan.
once we receive your request, we’ll review the concept, timeline, and pieces you’re looking for. if we think it’s a good fit, we’ll send over an approval email with the next steps, including your product loan fee + agreement. the loan fee covers the use of the product. any cleaning, repair, or replacement costs resulting from damage will be handled separately according to our loan agreement. gown loan: $150 per gown | accessory loan: $50 for up to 3 accessories
choose your look.
this part can look a little different depending on your shoot. know exactly what you want? if we have the model measurements and know which gown you’re looking for, we may be able to pull everything ahead of time and skip an in-person fitting altogether. want to see options? we can schedule a fitting at strike so you and your model can try on gowns and find the right look for the concept. there’s no one-size-fits-all process, we’ll figure out what makes the most sense for your shoot.
shoot day.
this is where the fun really starts. we’ll coordinate a pickup time with you and make sure you have everything you need before heading to your shoot. when our schedule allows, we’d love to be there with you! our team can help get your model into the gown, clip and adjust the fit, style accessories, manage trains, and make sure the dress looks its best throughout the shoot. we know that a gown can look completely different once it’s actually on a moving body, and we want you to get the best possible images.
the important details
take care of the pretty stuff.
our gowns are some of our biggest investments, and we ask that you treat them accordingly. please be mindful of trains, makeup, food + drinks, rough surfaces, water, mud, grass, and anything else that could damage or stain the gown. carry the train when moving around. keep the gown off the ground when possible. and please don’t put our dresses somewhere you wouldn’t want your own wedding dress. gowns and accessories must be returned in the same condition they left strike. borrowers are responsible for any additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs resulting from damage. gowns that are damaged beyond repair will be subject to the full retail cost of the gown.
pickup + return.
styled shoot loans are generally available monday–friday only. we ask that gowns are picked up as close to the shoot as possible and returned immediately afterward. gowns cannot typically leave the shop over a weekend. shooting outside of milwaukee or on a day we’re closed? let us know in your request. we may be able to make an exception depending on the circumstances.
photo + social credit.
please properly credit strike bridal bar + the designer whenever our gowns are featured in social media posts or publications. please tag us in the image + caption whenever possible. once your images are ready, send the gallery + vendor credits to emma@strikebridalbar.com. we promise to properly credit the photographer + vendors involved whenever we share your images, too.
