bridal gowns are our jam, but we’re so much more than silk fabrics + sparkly tiaras. as a small woman-owned local business, we are so grateful for the trust you place in us with one of the most important garments you’ll ever wear + want to share with you the values behind the pretty dresses, confetti pops, and clinking glasses.
COMMUNITY
we are proud to contribute a portion of our profits each quarter to local non profit organizations through our sbb gives back program. we value what these organizations are able to do for our community + the community of designers, brides, and team we have built within strike. we couldn’t do what we love without you all.
TRANSPARENCY
we will be up front + honest with you, always. we list as much pricing, timing, and alterations information up front as we can to make sure you are making the best educated decision for yourself + your partner. we promise you no hidden fees or "gotcha’s”.

LGBTQ+ INCLUSIVITY
upon hiring, every strike team member completes lgbtq+ inclusivity training and are continuously learning how to create a safe space for everyone we work with.
we are mindful not to use any gender-identifying pronouns in our branding, written copy, and language. we are here to dress anyone who wants to wear a stunning gown or fabulous jumpsuit for their big day. we stand by our message of “all are welcome here”, which is proudly displayed on our front door and across our website + social media.

we are constantly working to improve our marketing efforts to better represent + reflect the diverse world that we live in. we are committed to ensuring we have inclusive representation by working with bipoc models and couples.
we are committed to increasing the diversity of our team from stylists to leadership.
SIZE INCLUSIVITY
we’re committed to showing all bodies in our gowns + making sure all shapes and sizes are represented in our marketing efforts.
we are constantly increasing the number of plus size gowns hanging on our racks and have invested in buying more duplicate sample sizes.
we are fiercely body positive + do not allow any body bashing in front of our mirrors.
we have chosen to strictly work with designers who offer an extensive size range so no dress is off limits. we have also made the decision to pay any plus size fees out of our pocket, not yours.

as a team, we are constantly growing + learning how we can be the most inclusive, welcoming space for all. from the language used on this website, to our team training, to the variety of gowns we have hanging on our racks, we strive to make strike a space that everyone can feel not only welcome, but celebrated.
